PharMax™ has efficiencies and features for your non-automated shelving to maximize worker productivity.  PharMax™ works with refrigerators and high-density static shelving just as easily as it does with carousels.

No pharmacy stores everything in a carousel. You may have traditional static shelving for your bulky items. Static shelves are also found in refrigerators and freezers containing drug inventory. You might choose to lock your carousel at night and leave a few drugs on static shelving for the night nurse supervisor. PharMax™ can be a tremendous benefit for these areas.

PharMax™ perpetualizes static shelving inventory, just as it does with a carousel. Orders received through the PharMax™ interface identify drug locations through a specific locatio number. When the drug is picked, PharMax™ employs bar code verification to make sure that these orders are filled accurately.
