Wholesaler Invoicing

PharMax™ imports invoice data from your wholesaler electronically. This ensures pricing and contract information are kept up-to-date as well as providing an opportunity to track lots, expiration dates, and multiple NDCs for your generic equivalents.

Pharmacy Information System

PharMax™ interfaces with your pharmacy information system to provide real-time communication with the accuracy only available with digital computer data. With the instantaneous nature of an interface, there is no waiting and no duplication of effort to update the inventory in one system with the data provided in another.

Automated Dispensing Units

Automated dispensing units (ADU), such as those offered by Pyxis™ and Omnicell™, have had a profound impact on the pharmacy, allowing the pharmacy to distribute inventory throughout the hospital. These units, though, must be replenished. PharMax™ interfaces with these ADU systems to systematically identify the drugs and quantities needed to refill each unit. PharMax™ then optimizing the picking for efficiency to further reduce the impact of such large batch jobs.

Wholesaler Ordering

PharMax™ generates suggested purchase orders and provides these electronically to be imported into your wholesaler software. This eliminates the arduous task of searching for and entering quantities for each of the individual items required. Instead of entering fifty line items on a PO, you simply import a single PharMax™ PO and your entire order is ready for review.
